This position will be responsible for: Accounts Receivable/Cuentas por cobrar

Timely processing of critical/urgent and utilities vendors
Coach the team members in handling the critical cases or process exceptions
Perform daily duplicate check
Daily Quality Check
Drive First Pass Yield by sharing the audit findings with team
Handling vendor/ Mars internal queries in Helpdesk
Reconciling vendor statements - (ad-hoc/On demand)
COE activities - GRIR reconciliation, AR reconciliation and RCTI
Update job aids (DTPs) by identifying opportunities/changes in the process

Bachelors Degree in Accounting of Business administration
Basic English skills
Intermediate Excel skills
Management of Microsoft Office tools
SOP creation skills
Able to work remotely
