**Agency Management Specialist (Litigation)**
- The Agency Management Specialist is responsible for supporting agency operations, maintaining strong relationships with agency partners, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
This role requires the ability to liaise effectively with law firms, provide legal insights, and manage processes that involve legal aspects of agency management.
**Key Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in agency management, legal coordination, or a related role.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is a strong advantage
- Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to agency operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially when liaising with law firms and legal teams.
- Familiarity with systems and reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
