Quote national and international freight (air, sea, land, direct) - Coordinate and control national and international freight from shipment to arrival at the plant.
- Review all national and international freight bills and process their payment.
- Provide the Coordinator of Imports and Exports and the Customs Broker with the value of the freight or other charges that will be declared as incrementable at the time of importing the merchandise.
- Give timely notice to the areas involved in case of unforeseen events in the logistics or dispatch of goods, for timely decision making.
- Prepare letter of instructions for the Customs Agent for the dispatch of merchandise.
