**What You'll Do**:

- Identify and implement automation opportunities within the CRM system to streamline manual processes.
- Optimize current CRM processes and workflows to improve client journey.
- Implement best practices to optimize HubSpot usage for enhanced data management and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure CRM aligns with business objectives.
- Collaborate with the training team to develop educational materials and resources to enhance user understanding of CRM functionalities.
- Offer ongoing support to end-users, troubleshooting issues, and addressing concerns promptly.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for CRM-related activities.
**Skills and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a CRM Operations role, preferably with HubSpot.
- Proven experience in CRM optimization, automation, and integration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

**Salary**: $32,000.00 - $43,000.00 per month
