Responsibilities: - Advise clients on theme park options that best fit their preferences, budget, and family needs.
- Create customized itineraries that optimize time and enhance the visitor experience at each park.
- Stay up to date with theme park offers, promotions, and news, including special activities, event schedules, and new attractions.
- Manage reservations for tickets, accommodations, and additional services such as transfers and meals within the parks.
- Provide assistance and recommendations on complete travel packages that include accommodation at partner hotels such as Barcelo, RIU, and Xcaret.
- Participate in training and certifications provided by our company to improve the quality of care and stay up to date in the sector.
Requirements: - Basic knowledge of English.
- Computer and internet browsing skills.
- Passion for the world of theme parks and willingness to learn about destinations and tourism products.
- Communication skills and customer orientation.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time in an online work environment.
