We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to work as part of a team and to support the business growth's demand. You will report to the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager and work closely with local TA/HR and the stakeholders in region, to support them with the delivery of their TA recruitment strategy.**How will you do it**:- Oversee all Talent Acquisition activity within your remit for specific division.- Tracking of all open requisition and their current hiring status - including interviews, offers and start dates.- Working as a part of a team, ensuring TA Management is updated as required.- Ensure local TA/HR and Hiring Managers are aligned and aware of the hiring activities for their open positions with continuous collaboration and communication.- Develop hiring strategies to attract and engage external talent, including market research and participation in different events within the local community.- Continuous collaboration and communication with local teams, management and business leaders as necessary.**About You**:- You are an agile communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills, understand your audience, and can quickly adapt to meet the needs of differing audiences.- You believe the best work is done in teams, and you collaborate with peers to support their activities and accomplish organization-level goals.- You hold peers accountable for commitments, but demonstrate loyalty to the team through competent delivery and approachability.- You're analytical, considering data from multiple sources & relationships, can identify links between dissimilar data sets, and draw conclusions & assumptions that will best benefit the business.**Experience/Qualifications**:- Demonstrable experience in a corporate or agency and high-volume recruitment function within the production industry.- Excellent stakeholder management experience and the ability to advise & influence to ensure the best hiring decisions are made.- Great communication, organisation and prioritisation skills with the ability to drive a customer focused approach- Experience with local job portals, LinkedIn, and other direct sourcing tools- Fluent in written business English, as well as local language(s) as defined by the remit of the role.We offer an exciting and challenging position with great personal freedom and professional responsibility.We embrace diversity, reward hard work and have a collective passion to make an impact.
