Support, improve and execute on the company's labor relations activitiesAssist with and conduct union contract negotiationsDevise and direct positive employee relations activities with an Integrated Lean 6 Sigma and HPWS focusProvide day-to-day advice and support to the business on contract administration issues and grievancesCollaborate on developing and delivering training, staying abreast of trends and developments in the labor relations disciplineWhat you will bring A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career.
