.**General Description**:Finance control of Marketing Expense, analysis of advertising, media investment as TV, Radio, social media, Dealer support, Digital, etc. This position performs financial analysis to find out the impacts and benefits generated by marketing strategies whose purpose is to boost the sale of domestic and imported models.This function maintains close communication with the commercial areas in order to ensure effective and timely information for business performance.Analyze and control required Marketing and Sales budget in order to optimize resources use and distribution to present budget proposal to Finance Direction.Optimize incentive commercial business performance and analyze market conditions to create accurate forecasts**Key Responsibilities**:**General Responsibilities**:- Finance control of Marketing Expense, Shopping Baskets controlling, approval and implementation. Generate financial recommendations to improve investment in advertising.- Presentation of results, analysis and alignment of advertising expenses with finance and marketing management.- Accounting closing (SAP) of monthly advertising expenses.- Preparation of Business Plan (BP) and forecast (FCST) of advertising expenses.- Inclusion of calculations in Hyperion and Tableau for process automation.- Regional and global reports regarding public spending by model.- Preparation of Automated Templates for Consultation and Loading of Information (BP, Actual & Fcst).- Preparation of executive presentations for expense approvals with the global team.**Education/Certifications**:**Bachelor degree**: Finance (Accounting, administration industrial, economics or related) or business-related.Previous Work ExperienceDesirable as a plus 3 - 5 years in the Automotive Industry or Program Management background in other Industry.
