Position Purpose Research Analyst - Performs regular data maintenance and integrity checks. Completes mapping requests for the Department. Conduct field analysis of markets as required. Primary Accountabilities Participate in the store expansion strategy by presenting throughout all the approval cycle (Pre-qual, Pre-Approval and Approval meeting). Facilitate the Real Estate team in prioritizing trade areas to develop and support Design and Construction on ensuring cost projections are checked to maintain IRR/profitability. Elaborate cannibalization reports and help analyze/elaborate saturation indices, in order to use this information for better PTA analysis and for PTAs approval presentations for future AZ MEX growth. Classify and analyze stores markets, competitors, traffic, and other indicators, in order to use this information for better PTA analysis and for the regression model to achieve better sales projection and more PTAs for future AZ MEX growth. Support statistical analysis as needed, in order to use this information for better PTA analysis and for PTAs approval presentations for future AZ MEX growth. Visit markets. Education & Experience Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.Area of Study: Actuarial Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Geography.Years of Experience: Three to five years.Type of Experience: Experience in analysis of data, database management, and statistical analysis.Special Certifications or Technical Skills: Database Management, Geo-spatial software, Computer Systems, PowerPoint, MS Excel.Other/Preferred: Analytical skills, communication skills (verbal and written), human relations skills, bilingual (English/Spanish).#J-18808-Ljbffr
