**Job Summary**
Perform data cleaning generated by operations systems reports, data validation and data analysis using Power BI expressions. Use DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) functions to create analyzes and dynamic tables for timely decision making in different areas of the business (Capital Assets & Fixed Assets) & CAPITAL management since planning, budgeting, benefit analysis, PO issue, following payment on time, capitalization process.
**B. Job Responsibilities
**- Provide support to make the use of Excel and Power BI documents more efficient.
- Align KPIs and data sources to create a Scorecard that allows evaluating the performance of the different positions in the organization.
- Define visual elements and key KPIs that allow the speed of obtaining information.
- Work closely with the Organizational Development team to perform data extraction and transformation processes to create the required data set for the dashboard.
- Update databases and reports with live data.
- Generate databases that support the design of operating instructions for standardization through the shadowing and reverse shadowing process.
- Design a document control scheme that manages the procedures and formats of all areas of the business.
- Train personnel who need to improve skills in using Excel and Power BI.
- Assists with forecasting, annual Capital Expense budgets for facilities by region, including loading data into capital management tools and compiling final product into presentation format.
- Assists in the month end close process, variance explanations, and researching and reviewing results by providing information on trends and discrepancies along with recommendation(s).
- Lead integration of SAP EPPM for newly acquired locations. This would consist of training and development of site leadership to ensure smooth transition to reporting requirements.
- Support updating and maintaining the integrity of Capital Expense and ROI data and records.
- Gain deep understanding of regions and sites to be able to perform advanced data mining, statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and explanatory analysis to identify and provide opportunities for return on investment projects.
- Accountable to review and execute asset write-off related to capital projects.
- Audit past pricing and collect historical data of all Americold capital expense costs to create a master database that supports improved accuracy of estimates of capital projects and planning and provides historical comparisons of completed projects.
- Collaborate with regional leadership for updating project forecast on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Prepare management reports, summarizing operational results for the period, including capital expense / ROI related and non-financial data, and assists in developing slides for executive presentations as needed or as requested.
- Develops standard automated reports of KPIs for Capital Expense and ROI Management Performance and decision making.
- Develop tools, templates and processes to improve efficiency of Maintenance Capital Expense and ROI functions and associates.
- Provide data-driven decisions on risks including SAP EPPM data, utilization data, asset remaining life, asset sustainability, and category spend and vendor management to drive decisions that enhance shareholder value.

- Demonstrated project management, planning, task organizing and execution skills.
- Strong communications skills (written/verbal), with emphasis on demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts between business and technical groups.
- Knowledge of procurement processes (requisitions, invoices, purchase orders)
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Strong customer service orientation.
**2. Years of Experience**:
- 2 - 4+ years of experience in data analytics and capital engineering management (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in the SAP modules ERP- HANA production (Capital Assets & Fixed Assets)
**3. Education**
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Accounting, Business Systems, Business Administration, or related experience required.
