**Position Purpose****Primary Accountabilities**- Conduct group sessions with company leaders to reinforce labor relations topics- Provide daily advice and support to the company on legal compliance issues and good practices for the company.- Assist in the development and delivery of training, keeping abreast of trends and developments in the field of labor relations- Ensure and implement correct compliance with the company's job termination processes.- Management of labor relations indicators and propose preventive measures for the company- Dealing with and managing unions and union representatives- Handling labor conflicts and availability to address occupational risk situations within the company**Education & Experience**Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.Area of Study: AttorneyYears of Experience: Three to five years.Type of Experience: Experience in labor matters in companies with labor union activitySpecial Certifications or Technical Skills: Knowledge of the LFT, IMSS, Labor Courts, Conciliation Centers, Conciliation BoardsOther/Preferred: Focus Leadership
