**Responsibilities**:

- Management of all administrative duties of the factory, including but not limited to canteen, operator bus, company own vehicle, factory insurance, dormitory management.
- External relationship management: police station, lawyers, immigration bureau, etc.
and other external publicity channels, special public relations processing.
- Office procurement plan implementation, supervision, responsible for cost.
- Employee periodicity, holiday activities, design, organization and execution of major company activities.
- Management of some equipment maintenance suppliers in the factory.
- Conference room management; cleaning team management.
**Job requirements**:

- Conversational English
- 5 years and above administrative work experience
- 2 years team management experience.
- Experience in serving factories with a production team of more than 500 people, foreign-owned factories are preferred.
- Able to independently carry out and optimize administrative work.
- Proficiency in operating office software, good budget control thinking and supplier negotiation skills, administrative contract review.
- Personality: Meticulous personality, sensitive to numbers, good at external and cross-departmental communication, good at planning and summarizing.
