**Responsabilidades**:
- Lead or support projects as required to deliver **tax or business objectives**.
- Prepare and review tax returns including quarterly estimates, extensions and amended tax return filings.
- Support tax accounting by conducting monthly and quarterly close activities, including reconciliation of tax general ledger accounts, preparation of income tax provisions with reconciling items, identification of potential uncertain tax positions, forecasting, journal entries, etc.
- Prepare state and local income and franchise tax returns.
- Perform special tax research projects such as understanding the implications associated with changes in tax law, changes in business operations, new products, new channels, etc.
- Team with Tax Risk COE to clarify positions taken within the tax returns and prepare responses to audit information requests.
- Understand and comply with JSOX regulations, internal controls and tax policies.
- Support internal and external audit.
**Requisitos**:
- Min 3-5 years sales and use tax compliance experience in a large multinational corporation or public accounting firm.
- Finance required
- CPA certificate preferred
- MST or MBA preferred
- Intermediate-advanced level of english
- Other: transfer pricing, APA knowledge (advance agreement, concept of profits requested from the government) and annual review.
