This is a unique opportunity to work with a world-class company and make a significant impact on our operations.In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Maintaining reports and follow-up related to imports and exports to ensure compliance with the IMMEX program.Reviewing internal controls, conducting gap analyses, and developing action plans to ensure compliance.Implementing and maintaining the necessary controls to maintain CTPAT certification and seek AEO certification.Supporting the development and improvement of department processes.Analyzing and reviewing monthly variations between the Inventory Control System and Oracle, implementing necessary improvements and coordinating corrective actions.Who You Are:You show a tremendous amount of initiative in tough situations and are exceptional at spotting and seizing opportunities.You effectively communicate in various settings: one-on-one, small and large groups, or among diverse styles and position levels.You handle and manage crises effectively.You establish common objectives and a shared mindset.You come up with useful ideas that are new, better, or unique.For This Role, You Will Need:A strong understanding of customs documentation and procedures.3 or more years of validated trade compliance experience in the specified region.Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:Good knowledge of Mexican Customs Law and Foreign Trade Rules (RGCE) and other applicable import/export regulations.Experience obtaining and maintaining IVA and AEO certifications.At Emerson Tool, we value collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
