.As a Broadcast Production Manager for Esports at Riot Games, you will lead the operation and implementation of Riot's Esports Broadcast production both regionally and globally. You will strongly influence the innovation and production for VCT and LoL Esports Broadcasts as well as broadcasts in organized play with TFT, Wild Rift, and other titles. You will oversee the production, logistics, story development and execution of Riot's Esports broadcasts for Latam. You will collaborate closely with the Product, Brand and Sport I/O teams to ensure production meets product goals and KPIs. You will drive talent and co-streaming regional strategy in relation to broadcast, and you will ensure Riot's Broadcasts are achieving relevant KPI's such as AMA, retention, market share and social presence. You will collaborate closely on World Wide Riot Esports initiatives. You will manage 3rd party production partners to ensure that all of Riot's esports broadcasts hit the quality production value our fans expect.Using your keen understanding of competitive esports (LoL, VAL, LoR, TFT, Etc.) you will make editorial prioritizations in a fast-paced live environment, overviewing the creation and execution of rundowns, and stack ranking elements to create brand specific objectives for the Riot Esports' audiences in the region. You will oversee all aspects of broadcast production on regional broadcasts and language specific coverage of global events. You will oversee weekly broadcast asset creation, including teases, interview clips, b-roll, scripting, and graphics. You will collaborate closely with our Business Development and Publishing teams to integrate sponsors and features into the broadcast and shoulder content in authentic ways; ensuring that there is a unified vision and execution across pillars for the week to week shows. You will interpret audience data to support creating stories that drive towards our product strategies and business goals. You will work with Talent Management to cast the best representatives as on-air talent for our shows; as well as be proactively looking for new talent endemic and non-endemic that could level up the shows
