.Our team focused on Ethernet IO management, working on Ethernet Smart NIC (SNIC) and Foundation NIC (FNIC) product lines.
This team focuses on both the FW and HW elements of the high-speed Ethernet PHY solutions.
**Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to**:- Conduct experimental tests, analyze engineering proposals and related technical data to determine the feasibility of assigning new FW flows or modifying existing flows.Respond to customer/client requests or events as they occur.Must be a team player, with a demonstrated experience technically influencing others.- Strong problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication skills.In this position, you will gain invaluable experience which will allow growth and expanded opportunities within this business group as well as future possible opportunities with other business groups within Intel.The Data Platforms Group drives new products technologies from high-end co-processors for supercomputers to low-energy systems for enterprise and the cloud, as well as solutions for big data and intelligent devices.

**Qualifications**Requirements listed below would be obtained through a combination of Industry job-relevant experience, internship experiences, and/or school work classes /research**Education Requirement**:Bachelors degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics, or related field ("Cedula Profesional" may be required)**Minimum Qualifications**- Intermediate to Advanced English Level.- 3+ years of experience with C/C++/Python programming.- 3+ years of experience with system Basic Input Output System BIOS or firmware development, PC architecture and operating systems.- 1+ years of Experience debugging PC platforms with debug tools.
**Preferred Qualifications**- Experience with Assembly language programming.- Experience using Git, SVN, and Perforce.- Experience with Unified Extensible Firmware Interface UEFI.- Experience managing external customer accounts.- Experience with HW skills: PC Platform, BIOS, Drivers, IO technologies.- Experience with Intel CPUs, memory controller, IO hubs and PC architecture.- Experience with integrating reference code and/or platform support.- Technical leadership experience.- Familiarity with Ethernet Ser Des.- Familiarity with low-speed IO such as I2C MDIO UART.- Experience with Linux.
