Ethics & Compliance Correspondent

Job Summary: The Compliance Correspondent is responsible for overseeing the compliance activities within the organization.
This includes the implementation of organizational procedures, manuals, and forms related to ethics, anti-corruption, and other compliance topics as assigned.Summary of Duties:Implement and manage the organization's procedures related to ethics, anti-corruption, trade compliance, and other compliance topics as assigned:Oversee compliance reporting and serve as a liaison for inquiries from headquarters.Facilitate risk assessments of compliance issues by creating, updating, and maintaining risk mapping for the legal department.Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of control systems and recommend improvements.Support internal and external audits.In collaboration with the Ethics & Compliance department:Manage the validation process for customers, suppliers, consultants, service providers, distributors, and other third parties.Advise staff on policies related to ethics, anti-corruption, donations, gift-giving/receiving, trade compliance, invitations, and philanthropy.Oversee the deployment and maintenance of the gift registry managed by compliance correspondents.Develop and conduct training for compliance correspondents and other personnel.Assist the legal department with the implementation of litigation holds.Perform other duties as assigned.Seniority LevelDirectorEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionLegal, Other, and Business DevelopmentIndustriesManufacturing#J-18808-Ljbffr
