SummaryAbout the RoleMajor Accountabilities:
Assure the right understanding of the associates on principles and policies to empower them to do what's right.Provide comprehensive, contextual advice in order to influence actions regarding local business-owned implementation of ERC policies and guidelines.Ensure ERC topics are discussed and documented in relevant committees and meetings.Provide basic functional coordination and oversight for ERC activities at the local level.Ensure that an annual monitoring plan is in place and executed. Major issues/gaps identified are adequately addressed.Support the risk management processes of the company and follow-up of mitigation and remediation actions.Follow-up and development of RAM actions; ERM process and other systems and controls.Proper influence in the business to carry out the actions agreed to develop and sustain a risk-based approach environment.Requirements5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, device, or healthcare industry with relevant exposure to Ethics, Risk, and Compliance functions.Proven ability to lead complex projects and collaborate with different Therapy Areas in a matrix environment.Experience in dealing with investigations of misconduct.Project management experience.Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English.Located in CDMX.Why Novartis:Helping people with disease and their families takes more than innovative science.
