The team ensures tools are seamlessly integrated and maintained to meet our agent support needs.
Their ultimate goal is to drive agent efficiency and ease of use when supporting our buyers and sellers.What does the day-to-day look like?Tool Access: You will own onboarding and off-boarding agents to the tools they need to complete their jobs, ensuring they have the accurate permissions and access.Vendor Contract & License Management: You will be responsible for supervising vendor contracts, auditing agent seats or vendor licenses to ensure budget alignment, and assist in renewal decision making.Project participation: You'll play a key role in large-scale projects, assigned to specific tasks and to ensure timelines are maintained.
This might involve collaborating with multi-functional teams, collecting requirements, and handling timelines.Creative problem-solving: You'll support Internal Tool Managers, problem-solving, identifying and resolving technical issues that arise within Etsy's agent native tool suite.Collaborate with engineers: You'll work closely with our engineering team to raise sophisticated technical issues, provide insights on system performance and chip in to the development of new features and functionalities.Documentation: You'll build clear and concise documentation of workflows, troubleshooting guides, and standard processes.
