An exciting opportunity awaits you as an Events Coordinator, where you will play a pivotal role in organizing over 50 events throughout the year across Mexico and Latin America.
This position is tailor-made for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, possess a genuine love for crafting memorable experiences, and are dedicated to delivering top-notch events that leave a lasting impact.
**Responsibilities**:- Plan, organize, and execute a diverse range of Odoo events that take place in Mexico and Latam including but not limited to Odoo roadshows, Odoo Day, Recruitment Events, Partners Day, conferences, product launches.- Coordinate logistics, such as venue selection, catering, permits, to ensure successful event execution.
Coordinate speakers and staff booking travel and accommodation as well.- Work collaboratively with internal teams, including marketing, sales and operations to align events with overall company objectives.
**Must Have**:- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field- 3-5 years proven experience in successfully managing events of various scales through Mexico and latam.- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Autonomous, initiative, not afraid to speak up.- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality and creativity.- English and Spanish Speaker (native)**Nice to have**:- Worked with teams scattered across the world.- Proficient in event management software.- Immediate availability**What's great in the job?
