RESPONSIBILITIESAs a member of the Q2 Solutions Marketing team, the Event Marketing Manager has diverse responsibilities that include :Events / Conference ManagementBring together multidisciplinary teams around the world: manage relationships with event team, marketing team, and suppliers throughout all stages of projects.Central point of contact for both internal functional team and external agencies / vendorsCreation of custom marketing materials for conferences including landing pages, email marketing, and social posts.Manage booth elements including logistics, collateral, scheduling coverage, and lead retrievalCoordination with service line marketers on booth design, build, and contentLead internal communication around conferences and webinarsEvaluate success through post-event analysis and reporting, including ROI measurement and attendee feedback analysis.Marketing CoordinationDeveloping and implementing event plans that contribute to the generation of qualified leadsAssisting in the development of sales / customer evidence-based communications and sales enablementWorking collaboratively with cross-organizational departments like digital strategy, lab operations, laboratory scientists, and other key stakeholders to harness all market information and insights and ensure seamless implementation of customer-specific marketing strategiesManaging and execute promotional social outreach activitiesProviding content training to strengthen and differentiate our value propositionREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIESBachelor's degree required and at least 5 years relevant event marketing experience; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experienceLife science experience helpfulStrategic, self-starter, team player, results-driven professionalStrong Microsoft Office skills particularly PowerPointStrong communication skills and Fluent English speakerKnowledge of Cvent, Eloqua, Smartsheet, and meeting platforms helpfulThe position is home-based with collaboration with a global teamCV must be in English#J-18808-Ljbffr
