Bachelor's degree or minimum of 10+ years management experience preferably in a security, law enforcement or military discipline.
- 5+ years of proven leadership experience in a global role.
- Experience with vendor management and diverse range of services background.
- Experience with live broadcast events and working with production to stay on schedule.
- Proficient in Spanish language, in addition to English.

We are looking for a Latin America (LATAM), Event Security Manager at Amazon Studios to join a team of security professionals who are responsible for broad range of support, plus delivery and enhancement of our physical event security program.

Key job responsibilities
- Develop customized security plans for large scale events, as well as smaller private Studios functions.
- Implement and present safety and security plans to senior company leadership.
- Ensure the delivery of high standard, professional security service across the events.
- Collaborate proactively with Amazon Studios and third-party production key stakeholders in designing and developing physical security operations.
- Maintain compliance with Amazon Content, Legal and Risk requirements in line with Amazon Policy.
- Manage and report incidents, prepare statements and follow up on reports in accordance with Amazon Policy.
- Mange proprietary and contract security personnel, law enforcement operations, customer services and medical personnel.
- Conduct and oversee event security assessment programs and leverage external and internal partners for timely threat/risk evaluations and responses.
- Support event, marketing, and public relations departments while maintaining security standards.
- Manage budget, payment accounts and balances; initiate correspondence as necessary to ensure timely payment (in accordance with the contracts). Produce budget reporting, backup information and contracts to accounts.

- Security and safety training skills, qualifications or experience.
- Experience with project management and working independently.
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) in a professional environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort interfacing with senior company leadership.
- Ability to travel on short notice for domestic and international projects up to 50% of the year.

- Film and Television security experience preferred.
- Red Carpet/Public Event security and safety experience.
