Events Coordinator

This organisation serves cross-cultural workers in Asia and around the world through clinical counselling, soul care, coaching, training, and events. We are a Christian donor-funded organisation based in a capital city in Asia.
This role involves working closely with the team in the north of the country to plan, coordinate, and manage events and to ensure the successful execution of workshops, conferences, and community engagement activities that promote the services and mission of the organisation. You will be responsible for the planning and coordination of events and communications. You will work collaboratively with staff and volunteers to ensure each event runs smoothly and achieves its objectives. Participation in team meetings and support for organisational initiatives is expected as part of this role.
A minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in event planning, hospitality management, or a related field is required. Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. Experience is preferred.
