The Online Events Coordinator will work with our growth and marketing teams to plan, deliver, and run our online events including but not limited to weekly podcasts, webinars, and large events such as ProductCon. What you'll do: Understanding the wider strategic objectives of the business to implement an online event program that supports lead generation and brand awareness; contributing to overall revenue generationWorking closely with the growth and marketing teams to plan, deliver, and run our international B2B and B2C events program: end-to-end management of online events; full execution of the logistics and operationsRecord weekly Podcast episodes with CEOs, CPOs and Product LeadersOwn online event calendar and collaborate with virtual assistant on event publishingOwn our events platform RingcentralDriving marketing-influenced pipeline and generating quality leadsSupporting the communication and promotion of webinar campaigns with the wider teamMaintaining webinar records and contribution to monthly reportingIncreasing registrations for and engagement with webinarsHosting prep sessions/rehearsals, briefing senior stakeholders on best practices & managing post-event engagementProducing live events or recording sessions, quickly solving problems as they ariseStaying up-to-date on webinar trends and implementing changes to improve the quality of our webinarsLead the live-streaming for our big online conference ProductConThis role could be a good fit for you if: You have 3+ years of experience in successfully managing and delivering online eventsYou have 3+ years of experience in live streamingYou are tech savvy and can assist speakers in prerecording webinarsYou have experience in CMS and webinar platforms (Ringcentral, Streamyard, Zoom or similar)You have strong organizational, and workload prioritization skillsAnalysis of webinars and reporting and ability to propose improvements to enhance the attendee experienceYou have a broader knowledge of marketing and are eager to learn more about the combined marketing approachBonus points if you have podcast and video editing experienceThe perks: Remote First - our team works remotely across multiple countries and time zonesMedical, Dental, and Vision Coverage in the US - support for additional coverage is available in SpainCompany Team Offsites and Coworking - we believe that remote-first doesn't mean remote-onlyFree Product School Course Offerings - we offer a range of courses and certifications worth $15,000 that we readily encourage our employees to exploreMonthly Internet Reimbursement -we support our team, wherever they're working fromParental leaveWe require that candidates be located in the country/countries specified.
