Job Profile: EWN is currently looking for a Senior Key Account Manager who will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing relationships with current and prospective Mexican accounts. As a senior KAM, you will be responsible for building strong partnerships, maximizing customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a combination of sales expertise, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to ensure the success and retention of key accounts. 1. Key Account Manager Responsibilities Set a National Strategy to select and develop Key Accounts in MX, understanding customer needs, addressing their concerns, adding value and providing solutions. Build strong relationships with key customers, serving as their primary point of contact for all business-related matters. Develop and implement Strategic Account plans throughout Mexico to foster account growth and identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as technical, marketing, finance, and product development, to ensure exceptional customer experience. Be an agent of change and open to continuous learning. Be comfortable in making decisions and be accountable for success and mistakes in the process. Have a solid people network within key opinion leaders and renowned industry players. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to proactively identify potential threats and opportunities. 2.
