Job Profile: EWN is currently looking for a Senior Key Account Manager who will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing relationships with current and prospective Mexican accounts. As a senior KAM, you will be responsible for building strong partnerships, maximizing customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a combination of sales expertise, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to ensure the success and retention of key accounts. 1. Key Account Manager Responsibilities Set a National Strategy to select and develop Key Accounts in MX, understanding customer needs, addressing their concerns, adding value and providing solutions. Builds strong relationships with key customers, serving as their primary point of contact for all business-related matters. Develops and implement Strategic Account plans, throughout Mexico, to foster account growth, and identify new business opportunities. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, such as technical, marketing, finance, product development, to ensure exceptional customer experience. Is an agent of change and open to continuous learning. Is comfortable in taking decisions and is accountable for success and mistakes in the process. Counts with a solid people network within key opinion leaders and renowned industry players. Stays updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to proactively identify potential threats and opportunities. 2. Key Account Manager Required Skills Strong sales and account management skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and achieving revenue targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, understand their needs, and build long-term relationships. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify client challenges, propose innovative solutions, and drive business growth. Strong leadership skills to become an agent of change and customer development. Strong negotiation and influencing skills to navigate complex client relationships and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions. Good organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Proactive and self-motivated with a passion to generate value at customer level and sustainable growth. Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Agility in decision making and learning from environment. 3. Required Qualifications Degree in veterinary school, nutrition, or related animal health science-based field. A master's degree will be a differential. Proven sales experience and key account management roles. Minimum experience in sales 5 years. Strong business acumen and financial understanding. Solid people network in the Avian and Swine markets. Availability to travel to meet customers on a regular basis. Time in the field estimated 2 to 3 weeks per month. Knowledge of the industry or market in which the company operates. Language: English and Spanish required.
