The person selected for this role will ultimately act as a relationship manager that has excellent knowledge pertaining to the structure of the equities and derivatives market.
**Required Skills includes**:
Native or proficient Spanish speaker;
Proficient English speaker;
Shown knowledge on regional market data and products;
Experience looking after Latam North markets is desirable;
Knowledge about Exchanges feeder protocols is a differentiator;
Experience handling clients and client-facing staff is a plus.
**Some of the Daily Tasks includes**:
Build high level relationship with Exchanges (from operational contacts up to C-level relationship) to support our Exchange data business;
Be a partner with broader teams such as technology management and development teams, content operations and production (market data onboarding and maintenance), content partners (commercial policies and contracts with Exchanges), front line and go-to Market teams (locally and globally to support Sales teams towards revenue generation and retention);
Support internal teams and clients towards Exchange Data, working directly to identify content development opportunities and product improvements;
Write cases to support project prioritization, discuss priorities for roadmap delivery, translate content and product requirements to facilitate technology development work, and support content operations on data implementation;
Feed go-to market and client facing staff in general with information and knowledge to generate business and retention;
Directly supporting and engaging with clients to address questions and critical issues as a relevant part of the business.

- Mexican SE, BIVA, Consolidated Feed of Mexican Exchanges, MEXDER, Colombia SE, Caracas SE, Panama, Costa Rica, Jamaica, Barbados, Trinidad & Tobago.
