**Position Overview**:Skilled Spanish-Mandarin-English Translator and Executive Administrator. As an Executive Administrator and Translator, you play a pivotal role in ensuring effective communication between Spanish, English, and Mandarin-speaking audiences. In addition to acting as a Translator, you will provide general administrative support to the leadership team.**Responsibilities**:- Interpret verbal communication accurately during meetings, conferences, and other events.- Ensure that translated materials maintain the style, tone, and context of the original content.- Collaborate with colleagues to clarify translation queries and ensure accuracy.- Stay updated on industry-specific terminology and linguistic nuances in both Spanish and Mandarin.- Proofread and edit translated materials to ensure grammatical correctness and readability.- Provide general administrative support to management, including managing files, records, documents, travel planning, meeting schedules, and other.- Assist with special projects, initiatives, or research assignments as assigned by management.- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.**Requirements**:- Fluency in both Spanish, Mandarin, and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills in all languages.- Proven experience as a translator or interpreter, with a strong portfolio of previous work.- Bachelor's degree and/or Certifications in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field preferred.- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and experience with budget management.- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Strong organizational and time management skills.- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.Work Location: In person
