**Position Overview**:
Skilled Spanish-Mandarin-English Translator and Executive Administrator. As an Executive Administrator and Translator, you play a pivotal role in ensuring effective communication between Spanish, English, and Mandarin-speaking audiences. In addition to acting as a Translator, you will provide general administrative support to the leadership team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Interpret verbal communication accurately during meetings, conferences, and other events.
- Ensure that translated materials maintain the style, tone, and context of the original content.
- Collaborate with colleagues to clarify translation queries and ensure accuracy.
- Stay updated on industry-specific terminology and linguistic nuances in both Spanish and Mandarin.
- Proofread and edit translated materials to ensure grammatical correctness and readability.
- Provide general administrative support to management, including managing files, records, documents, travel planning, meeting schedules, and other.
- Assist with special projects, initiatives, or research assignments as assigned by management.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
**Requirements**:
- Fluency in both Spanish, Mandarin, and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills in all languages.
- Proven experience as a translator or interpreter, with a strong portfolio of previous work.
- Bachelor's degree and/or Certifications in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field preferred.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and experience with budget management.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
