Job Requisition ID #- 22WD65792Position OverviewAutodesk is looking for a talented Executive Assistant to join our Mexico office, supporting Country Sales Manager and administrating the corporate office. You will perform a wide range of tasks, handle details of a confidential and critical nature, while using your experience to proactively address potential problems and ensure an efficiently functioning team.**Responsibilities**:- Coordination Support- Office Management- Provide schedule and meeting support for Country Sales Manager- Prepare agendas, take notes and distribute meeting minutes and presentations- Track action items and communicate status- Facilitate manager and staff communication- Create presentations and maintain organization charts- Pro-actively escalate issues that need manager's immediate attention- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with staff, internal departments, and outside vendors to effectively coordinate activities and collaborate on special projects- Manage information flow within department or organization unit and communicate new corporate policies/programs that affect team members- (May) serve as liaison between offices by disseminating key communication pieces and distributing materials- Administrative Support- Manage and maintain calendars for the Country Manager including scheduling meetings in multiple time zones- Make business travel arrangements and manage travel itineraries- Plan and coordinate events and meetings offsite, including preparation of meeting materials-- Responsible for maintaining permissions- Manage information and generate ad-hoc reports- Track purchases and generate expense reports- Track and record goals on performance reviewsMinimum Qualifications- 5 + years Administrative Support Services in a highly matrixed, high volume corporate environment- Microsoft Office proficiency; Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint- Bachelor's Degree (or 4-year equivalent), in Business or a related field strongly preferredAt Autodesk, we're building a diverse workplace and an inclusive culture to give more people the chance to imagine, design, and make a better world.
