Executive Assistant

This is a dynamic role in the fast-growing Energy sector that will focus on managing and servicing our book of energy clients.
Your key focus will be ensuring processes related to updating the CRM, management reporting, client renewals, new sales opportunities, appointment scheduling, and networking events ate running smoothly daily and monthly.
**Major Duties and Responsibilities**- Send out pricing requests to suppliers for both renewal customers and new customers- Managing pricing from suppliers and creating pricing analyses for our clients- Manage weekly schedule for meetings and events- Manage aggregations (includes pricing, tracking, bill audits, etc.
)- Managing the CRM system- Filing customer documents and information- Pulling/requesting usage from TDSP companies and their portals- Running marketing/networking events**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**- Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint- Zoom, Google Meets, WebEx, and other video platforms- May require mínimal local travel (DFW Area)- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Data analysis- Analytical and problem-solving ability- Ability to manage multiple tasks- Ability to collaborate with multiple parties on projects- Maintain high level of confidentiality**Salary**: From $1.00 per month**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: Remote
