Continuous improvement mentality / Excellent communication skills in writing and verbal, Sense of urgency.Main activities and responsibilities: Assistance to High Management Staff Assist and provide follow up to various issues at the same time Coordinate the Schedule of Plant Manager Elaboration of EPRs Coordinate meeting rooms for conferences and various uses.
Coordinate the logistics of visits from Customers and various visitors (reservations at hotels, restaurants, transportation, etc.)
Concur expense reports Quoting and follow up of TAs in Concur Collaborate in activities of Marketing, Sales and Customer service departments.
