Our people are passionate and qualified; by joining BRP, you will evolve at the heart of an experienced team that will welcome you with open arms.Follow us on:- LinkedIn BRP- TwitterBRPnews- YouTube CommunicationsBRPSection I: OverviewExecute all inherent administrative tasks and support activities required by the departments.Section II: Experience and EducationProfessional career in Industrial, administration, finance or related field.Minimum 2 years experience in related area (desirable).Proficient in English (preferred)Section III: Knowledge, Skills and CertificationsProven knowledge and skills in handling computer packages such as Microsoft Office; Excel, Word and PowerPoint.Ability to prepare Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders and Invoices.Management of SAP system.Analytical capacity.Knowledge of troubleshooting.Communication and reporting skills.Management of google tools.Section IV: Main Tasks and ResponsibilitiesGenerate reports through business systems such as SAP among others.Prepares necessary reports for the Business Unit.Coordinates scheduling of business unit meetings and training.Regular end user support.Monitor equipment order purchases.Facilitation and coordination of induction.Actively participate in the inventory control of the area's processes and ensure their accuracy.Customer service, giving information, guidance or service to staff.Administration and creation of departmental databases.Administrative tasksPurchasing department management.Development of the weekly and monthly budget.Create and close internal orders.Perform other assigned tasks as needed.Participate in compliance with the QMS (Quality Management System) determined for their function in relation to ISO 9001:2015.Comply on time the planned training related to Quality and Training.Identify and report any quality and compliance issues and support corrective actions.Comply with the security rules determined according to their role.Puesto: Asistente- **Información Adicional**: Tipo de contrato: PermanenteSalario: NegociablePais:MEXICOEstado o Region: ChihuahuaCiudad: Ciudad Juarez
