**Your Impact**
In this role at Equivity, you will be a trusted partner to our CEO, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the success of key initiatives.
Your support will extend across a range of administrative activities, allowing you to have a meaningful impact on our business and our clients.
**What You'll Do**:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and organize meetings.
- Prepare documents, presentations, and reports.
- Coordinate travel plans, expenses, and event logistics.
- Be the go-to point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Assist with data entry, file organization, and document management.
- Support with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
**What We're Looking For**:
- A **Bachelor's degree** in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills in **English,**both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in **Google Workspace** (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and **Microsoft Office** (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent **organizational** skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to **adapt** in a fast-paced environment and solve problems effectively.
**What We Offer**:
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
- $20,000 to $25,000 mxn per month
