If you're ready to bring the best, come join the Kellanova team as an Executive Assistant. You'll will give administrative support to the commercial leaders, creating an agile environment and giving solutions to different activities that will help the leaders to focus on the business priorities.
This is a fully on-site role located in Querétaro with the expectation to be in the office every day in order to provide the best service to your clients. Plus, there will be a free snack to enjoy the brands we're all so proud to represent.
A Taste of What You'll Be Doing
**Calendar**: Coordinate the agenda between users and assistants, daily agenda review, schedule rooms, block agenda for vacations, holidays, free days, etc. Travel: Flight quotes through our agency, hotel reservations, changes and cancellations, car reservations, cellphone plans according to the place, transfers, security, etc. Meetings: Coordinate people invited, room, agenda, coffee break, food and beverages, coordinate with the IT team for teams, screens, connections, materials, etc. Expenses : Deliver travel expenses report, invoice collection, credit card spends, billings, purchase orders, etc.
We're Looking for Someone With
Bachelor's degree. 5+ years of experience in the role Experience giving service to multiple clients at the same time Knowledge of Microsoft apps (excel, power point, etc)
Advanced English.
