We are a dynamic solar sales company based in Arizona, specializing in bringing deals to installers. We're seeking a highly motivated and proactive Executive Assistant to join our team and support the founder. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks, allowing the founder to focus on expanding the business and building valuable relationships.
**Responsibilities**:
- CRM Management:
- Ensure the CRM is updated regularly, tracking proposals, and staying in constant communication with Isaac about the status of each project.
- Communication Liaison:
- Manage phone calls and website chat inquiries, answering basic queries, and escalating as needed. Be the point of contact for customer inquiries regarding project updates.
- Installer Coordination:
- Collaborate with installers, understanding project updates, and transferring relevant information into the CRM. Be the link between the founder and the installer communication.
- Social Media Support:
- Assist in maintaining an active social media presence. Create and post content as per Isaac's ideas, manage connections, and respond to comments and invitations.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Handle routine customer calls, provide updates on projects, and manage expectations. Act as a bridge between customers and Isaac for any necessary communication.
- Ticket Management:
- Respond to tickets from customers and installers, ensuring that issues are addressed promptly. Learn about solar processes to better understand and respond to queries.
- Adaptability:
- Proactively adapt to new tools and technology. Learn and manage basic tools used in the company for tasks like content creation and CRM updates.
- Time Zone Flexibility:
- Given the nature of the solar business and varying time zones, be flexible in working hours to accommodate calls and inquiries.
- Problem Solving:
- Be prepared to handle situations independently, providing solutions and maintaining professionalism, especially in challenging customer conversations.
- Sales Support:
- As you grow into the role, there may be opportunities to assist in sales processes, including basic information about pricing and project status.
- Follow-ups:

**Work Schedule**:
Regular business hours, 9 AM to 6 PM EST
**Payrate**:
12 USD per hour
Pay: $32,749.06 per month
