This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.**Essential Functions**:Coordinate Leadership staff meeting.Provide support and follow up activities for the Plant Manager.Administration support, problems solution and daily operations.Support development and maintenance of Plant Manager yearly calendar and scheduleRead and screen incoming correspondence and reports; make preliminary assessment of the importance of materials and organize and prioritize documentsSchedule and coordinate meetings, events coordination, workshops, and visits.Coordinate the information to be complete and on time for the Daily Report.Coordinate the information to be complete and on time for the Monthly Report.Issue and follow up requisitions to buy diverse articles.Key offices and carpools control (working by hand with facilities department).Issue and personalize Christmas, Thanksgiving cards for Bendix employees as required.Issue and personalize gifts for clients and co-workers.Monitor and track expenses and consolidate statements vs T&E reports and purchasing reports.Reward and Recognition control report.Maintain Reward and Recognition items.Lunch request control (special requests).Coordinate travels as required.Processing of visa documents, permits for foreigners' visitors, US employees.Quality Issues update.Assist Leadership activities as required.The employee has the authority to stop the production line, when he/she notices that the product has a quality problem or defect.Support PSA Activities and procedures with team members.Perform all those activities that by the nature of the position are required.**Management & Supervisory Responsibilities**:Job is NOT directly responsible for managing other employees.**Knowledge**:Knowledge of OutlookKnowledge of Printing, Fax, Scanning, Audio systems, Projector.Knowledge of Communications SkillsKnowledge of Event Planning and coordination.Knowledge of Institutional and Corporate protocolKnowledge of Design of presentationsKnowledge of Public Relations**Experience**:Preferred experience in similar position.Purchaser / BuyerCommunication coordinatorHR Assistant**Skills**:Bilingual Preferred (English/Spanish)Self-starter, capable of working independently, highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency.Ability to establish priorities and dedicate resources to critical actions necessary to achieve goals.Effective problem solver, conduct unbiased analysis, and identify hidden problems to achieve effective solutions
