**Qué esperamos**:
Maintains record of monthly OPS review meetings.
Maintains record of monthly KPI review.
Actively supports Plant Review by preparing visits, walkthroughs, etc.
Prepares miscellaneous presentations as requested by the CEO.
Coordinates necessary services (car rental, shuttle, hotel) of personnel traveling to and from this organization.
Coordinates the CEO's agenda.
Is the main contact on Communication issues between the Plant and Corporate, creating strategies to share information, through internal means of communication.
Administration of Petty Cash.
Coordinates events for executive staff such as business meals.
In charge of creating and executing together with HR/OSH the annual Event Plan.
Responsible for the purchase of Miscellaneous / Stationery (Administrative).
In charge of Communiqués (organizational changes, organizational chart, birthdays, anniversaries).
Manages and works together with Corporate Communications to perform Branding within the company.
In charge of creating initiatives with Corporate Social Responsibility.
**A quién buscamos**:
Advanced English (Reports to Germany).
1 year of experience in similar position.
2 years of experience in microsoft office proficiency.
Bachelor's degree in International Business, Management, Tourism or similar.
