We're excited to see what you can bring to the table!**Position Overview**:**Key Responsibilities**:- **Schedule Coordination**:Maintain and organize the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements to optimize time management.- **Project Assistance**:Assist with special projects and ad hoc tasks, providing high-level administrative support as needed.- **Liaison Role**:Facilitate communication between the CEO and various departments, ensuring clarity and follow-through on key initiatives.- **Confidentiality**:Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.- **Office Management**:Oversee the performance of clerical staff, manage office supply inventory, and maintain the office filing system.**Required Skills & Experience**:- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with excellent verbal and written skills in both English and Spanish.- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role (3 to 6 years).- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain confidentiality.- High School diploma required; PA diploma or certification is a plus.- Experience working with senior-level executives and understanding their unique needs.- A proactive problem-solver with a can-do attitude.- Detail-oriented and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.- Strong ethical standards, with the confidence to manage interactions with senior executives.- Ability to influence others while maintaining a professional demeanor.**Physical Demands & Work Environment**:- Predominantly an office environment with moderate noise from office equipment, telephones, and conversations.- The role involves sitting for extended periods, frequent use of hands/fingers for computer tasks, and occasional lifting of up to 10lbs.**What We Offer**:- Competitive salary and benefits package.- The opportunity to work closely with a successful entrepreneur.- A dynamic and supportive work environment.- Professional growth and development opportunities.**How to Apply**:Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 al mesLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
