Executive Assistant / Project Manager

Role Summary:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO and Director of Marketing, managing communications with internal and external stakeholders.
- Attend and participate in meetings, taking notes and ensuring follow-through on action items.
- Prepare, edit, and review correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and professionalism in all communications.
- Lead and manage a variety of projects from conception through to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, timely execution, and effective communication.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree.
- 5 years of relevant experience in preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Exceptional English skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to think analytically, solve problems creatively, and manage complex projects to successful completion.
- Unwavering professionalism and loyalty, with a steadfast commitment to confidentiality.
- Proactive, driven, and adaptable.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

**What We Offer**:
