As a **Executive Assistant**, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to executives at Ingredion. This role will need to work under and maintain a high degree of confidentiality and integrity. Responsibilities will include domestic and international travel coordination, scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars and appointments, event planning and logistics, expense report management, creating presentations, preparing correspondence/documents and invoices for review and signature, ordering office supplies upon notification, and other support activities as required.
**As a Executive Assistant your responsibilities will include**:
- Coordinate logistics, schedules, meeting participation and reservations, for all internal and external meeting/conference related activities for the department.
- Prepare/write, compile, format, proofread, edit and/or type various correspondence and reports for distribution.
- Partner with EHS&S team members to update monthly KPIs and support team projects such as the EHS&S Academy
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and ensure security for documents, information and projects.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external customers that will help facilitate effective communication of business information.
- Independent and critical thinker that can work independently as well as in a team atmosphere.

- Must have the ability to travel to the United States 1-3x per year to support business meetings
- Previous work experience in supporting executives in multiple processes.
- Possess excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact within all levels of the organization.
- Must be fluent in English, speaking, writing and reading.
- Excellent typing and data entry skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office software required.
- Must have strong Power Point skills.
- Effective analytical skills including demonstrated experience building tables and charts to present information.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent proofreading, grammar and composition skills.
- Strong organizational skills including demonstrated experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to successfully coordinate and handle multiple tasks/activities simultaneously.
- Ability to learn new assignments with a willingness to maintain flexibility and support change.
- Integrative thinker who understands the impact of decision and /or change to all parts of business.
