**Responsibilities**:
- Safely and timely transport executives and senior management to and from various locations, including business meetings, airports, and other designated destinations.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times.
- Plan and organize the most efficient routes to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
- Ensure the vehicle is clean, presentable, and well-maintained at all times.
- Perform regular inspections and routine maintenance checks on the vehicle, including fueling, oil changes, and tire rotations.
- Monitor and address any mechanical issues or concerns promptly.
- Assist executives with loading and unloading luggage or other items as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Anticipate and address any potential risks or safety hazards during transportation.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of all passengers.
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
- Coordinate with the executive's office or administrative staff to schedule appointments and manage the daily itinerary.
- Maintain a proactive approach to personal and professional development by staying updated on road safety regulations and best driving practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an executive driver or similar role, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and other relevant technology.
- Ability to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit and drive for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items, such as luggage.
