.The CSIS Executive Protection Security Officer is a senior level role responsible for the support of Citi's Executive Protection Framework in coordination with the Security team. The overall objective is to provide Executive Protection and ensure the overall protection of Citi Executives as directed. Provide physical coverage for NYC based Principals, and during domestic and international travel. Requires a comprehensive understanding of multiple areas within a function and how they interact to achieve the objectives of the function. Applies in-depth understanding of the business impact of technical contributions. Generally accountable for delivery of a full range of services to one or more businesses/ geographic regions. Excellent communication skills required to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Some external communication may be necessary. Accountable for the end results of an area. Involved in short**Responsibilities**:- Complies with all policies required to meet organizational goals to eliminate or reduce threats and vulnerabilities.- Provide day-to-day executive protection services on identified Principals- Always assume responsibility for the safety of Principals, including personal security, privacy, and confidentiality of business and personal matters- Manage day-to-day operational activities within span of control, to include emergency response, crisis management and recovery functions, across multiple locations.- Continually identify, evaluate, and monitor enterprise risks that could affect business activities, and provide Executive Protection Logistics Manager the information they need to make critical decisions- Display fiscal and budgetary discipline to meet expected spend patterns, achieve goals, and remain within defined budget parameters
