Role Description:
Works alongside Project Management staff to maintain engagement and/or recruit new profiled respondents and collect data for program projects.
This job requires strong time management skills as well as the ability to balance multiple projects at a time.
Key Deliverables of the Role:
Work with the project management team to demonstrate ownership of each assigned project and deliver projects according to set requirements: consistent quotas, minimum retention between waves, etc.
Coordinate data collection for assigned projects - communicating with the targeted respondents and internal teams on routine fieldwork questions.
Analyze the daily fielding information and proactively provide feedback and solutions to prevent any potential issues to complete the project in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Keep fieldwork progress and deliveries organized with written and phone reminders.
Engage physicians and allied healthcare professionals outside of the Sermo panel to take part in research when necessitated.
Essential Qualifications and Experience Required:
University graduate with marketing or Management degree.
Undergraduate or working experience in an English-speaking country.
Fluent in English; written and spoken.
Fluent in another language which is required; written and spoken **_(French or German preferred)_**

Multitasking, ability to work well under deadline pressure.
Proficient in English and other needed languages.
