.Executive Talent Acquisition SpecialistAs an Executive Talent Acquisition Specialist in the Global HR Team of Ruhrpumpen, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates for key positions in Mexico and different locations around the world.
You will have the opportunity to work directly with senior management to manage full cycle global talent acquisition needs.Main responsibilities:Sourcing and hiring employees for strategic, executive, mid-manager, and up level positions in Mexico and around the world.
Working with Commercial and Manufacturing roles.Perform candidate sourcing (internal & external) to attract the best talent in the industry.Establish and maintain good communication with key stakeholders such as hiring managers, applicants/candidates, HR Managers, and external search firms.Provide a great end-to-end recruiting experience for candidates and hiring managers.Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, including managing kick off meetings, sourcing candidate pipelines, attracting top talent, screening candidates, coordinating interview logistics, advising hiring managers on the recruiting process, performing background checks, and negotiating job offers.Source for top candidates using search engines, career sites, market mapping, recruiting events, and other innovative sourcing techniques.Support recruitment processes, collaborating with other recruiters in the Global team or HR Managers around the world.Manage assessments for candidates and help hiring managers read and understand assessments' reports.Advise clients and leadership on market trends and recommend effective ways to attract and recruit great talent.Understand candidates' compensation packages, make compensation comparisons, obtain necessary approvals, and extend and negotiate offers with candidates.Job's requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or similar.Advanced/Fluent English language is required for effective and daily communication worldwide.8+ years of hands-on talent acquisition or recruiting experience.2+ years of experience working for a headhunting agency, with direct interaction with clients and performing direct sourcing responsibilities.Interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with top and middle management.Previous experience working with LinkedIn and Applicant Tracking Systems.Desired experience with SAP Success Factors Recruiting Module.Desired experience working with foreign hiring managers and positions outside of Mexico.Strategic analytic skills are required.Ability to use innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse HR talent.Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment.At Ruhrpumpen, we value every employee, recognizing that each person contributes to our success through their position
