Role Responsibilities:Performs basic configuration of AV equipment, as well as troubleshooting and user trng:Performs basic configuration of desktop / notebook equipment:Following basic instructions:Coordinates with Field Service Team for moving and setting up End User equipment:Basic installation and maintenance of technical product:Follows predefined procedures and tasks in everyday activities:Work is regularly reviewed by a more senior level technical specialist:Reviews, troubleshoots and approves operational quality desktops, notebooks, printers, and associated peripherals:Installs, maintains and optimizes desktop /notebook configurations at customer sites:Diagnoses and resolves product performance problems:Performs maintenance and repair services:Ensures customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations which may impact product performance:Instructs customers in theoperation and maintenance of the system:Receives and controls onsite inventoryBasic Qualifications:5+ years computer support Importante empresaAdditional skills:A+ Certification; ITIL Foundation Certification preferred:Must have aproven customer service background:Must be comfortable communicating with executives with high initiative:Knowledgeable of Windows Operating System environment, as well as Apple products; Importante empresa and MS TEAMS AV equipment:Must be able to comprehend and follow verbal and written technical instructions and scripts:Excellent verbal and written communication skills:Physically able to lift and move Enterprise and Client technology hardware in our customer environments:Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment:Strong customer interaction skills:Strong troubleshooting skills
