Responsibilities:1. Material Coordination:- Work closely with the production planning team to understand material requirements for ongoing projects.- Coordinate the procurement and delivery of materials to support manufacturing schedules.- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels.2. Production Support:- Collaborate with various departments, including production, logistics, and quality assurance, to facilitate smooth operations.- Expedite the movement of materials through different stages of the manufacturing process.- Address any issues that may cause delays in production and implement solutions to minimize disruptions.3. Communication and Documentation:- Maintain clear and timely communication with suppliers, internal teams, and other stakeholders.- Update and maintain accurate records of material movements, ensuring documentation is complete and up-to-date.- Provide regular updates on material status and potential issues to relevant stakeholders.4.
