This role will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial stability and efficiency of the organization by managing various aspects of financial operations.**Location: Juarez, Chihuahua****Responsibilities**:- Analyzing operating expenses and capital expenditure (capex) releases against the budget helps monitor financial performance and resource allocation efficiency.- Effective accounts payable management ensures timely payments to vendors, optimizing cash flow and maintaining positive supplier relationships.- Generating financial reports within a business unit (BU) structure enhances transparency and aids decision-making by providing insights into individual unit performance.- Monitoring capex releases in comparison to budget assists in controlling investments and aligning them with strategic goals.- Fix asset management.**Education and Experience**- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a relevant field.- Between 0-1 years of proven experience as an accountant or financial analyst in a corporate or manufacturing environment.- Detail-oriented and able to multitask, with the ability to clearly communicate with all levels of staff and departments daily.- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.- Bilingual in Mandarin is desired.- Aptitude to succeed in a deadline-oriented environment
