The Expense Management Charge Out Lead will report to the Firmwide Charge out Lead responsible for driving business engagement and oversight to the finance charge-out process. The role will support the Chargeout lead in driving the strategic vision for the charge-out process, including implementation and ongoing execution. The role will have high visibility across senior leadership in the firm and include close partnership with the Lead Financial Officers and Controllers as well as engagement across the Corporate FP&A team and business Finance teams.Key Responsibilities:Drive the charge-out process including execution of the current process, and implementation and execution of the overall strategy.Partner closely with Controllers organization and LFO teams to analyze charge outs and provide presentations for senior management across Finance and Businesses.Drive business engagement, providing thoughtful leadership and reporting to senior leaders across the firm.Create insightful reporting and analysis on charge-outs, and variances for inclusion in regular senior leadership business reviews.Provide guidance to FP&A business/regional teams in meeting and fulfilling deliverables and ensuring correct financial reporting.Support engagement framework including annual roundtable meetings with businesses, and functions heads to drive transparency and understanding of Plan charge-outs.Work in partnership with key Citigroup stakeholders representing all expense areas including Corporate FP&A, Central CCAR/PPNR teams, Controllers, Accounting Policy, Treasury, Tax, Risk, Compliance, regional and business FP&A teams.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business / Finance or equivalent. MBA preferred.Minimum +10 years of experience.
