**Job Summary**- This role is responsible for leading and providing expertise to project teams, participating in cross-functional initiatives, and guiding process improvements and policy establishment.
The role collaborates with business leaders to influence strategic decision-making and conducts complex financial analysis to achieve objectives effectively.
The role also represents the business unit and the organization as needed, builds productive relationships, and mentors lower-level employees.
**Responsibilities**- Sales Commission Quota load- Revenue Reconciliation and Load preparation for Fiji/InsightsMisc invoicing- COPS/ESC analysis, reporting & issue resolution- Adhoc requests for SPTS teams (Revenue impacting issues - warranty claims, returns etc)- Cost Center setup/maintenance- Spend planning & management- Capex Reporting & research as needed- Spend/Revenue actuals for P&L and owned spend reports & analysis- Flash/Budget/LTP spend and HC- QEC journal Tracking & Preparation- Quarterly Geo Alignment/FX Mix rate setting- Systems - Webi/S4/Procurement/Cost acctg research/guidance, Accounting guidance; Spend management)- PO monitoring & cleanup- HC reporting**Education & Experience** Recommended**- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.- Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.

This position may be eligible for incentive pay, for openings where this is applicable.
